4.1 All goods are to be paid in full prior to pick up or delivery.
4.2 Upon completing an online order, you will receive an email with an order number and an order summary. A staff member will process your order within 24 hours and confirm the details in that order.
4.3 Lead times quoted are our best estimate based on the average time taken by previous orders. Occasionally, unforeseen delays occur as a result of raw materials being on back order. We will take all reasonable steps to make you aware of any such delay upon us being made aware of such a delay.
4.4 Payments can be made online by PayPal, Visa, or MasterCard, or Electronic Bank Transfer (Internet Banking). Any balances outstanding must be paid prior to delivery by Visa or MasterCard or Electronic Bank Transfer. Note: All transfers must be cleared prior to the order being picked up or delivered.
4.5 Orders ready for pickup or delivery will be stored for free for up to 14 days from the date we contact you, after which storage fees apply at the rate of $10 per seat per week. Storage fees will be debited against the deposit paid. If the deposit reaches nil or negative, we reserve to right to re-sell your order.
4.6 You have checked that the product is suitable for your needs, as we do not exchange.
4.7 Availability or In Stock indicates our current stock of that product in our warehouse (Strathfield South). Stock is allocated on a first come first served basis. Sometime physical stock may vary from available stock online, in case of no physical stock; AGAPE Furniture may refund your full deposit.
5.1 It is important that someone is at home to receive the delivery of your purchase on the designated day. No specific time of delivery can be provided. A four hour time frame will be advised but cannot be guaranteed, we are not responsible for any delays. If no person is present to accept the goods on the scheduled delivery day, or the delivery is cancelled on the day of the scheduled delivery day, you will be charged for the non-delivery and a further charge for the re-delivery.
5.2 It is the customer’s responsibility to allow sufficient access for delivering the lounge.
5.3 Quoted delivery fee is for drop off to a ground level with sufficient access. Drivers do not unwrap items or take rubbish away unless specified.
5.4 All packing and wrapping materials are your responsibility and will be left at the premises (delivery address).
5.5 We make no representations about the Carrier other than those contained in this document, and we are not responsible for delivery by the Carrier. Any damage to property must be reported to the Carriers delivery driver as our company is not liable for any property damage caused by the Carrier.
5.6 Delivery timings can be after business hours as well from 6A.M till 10P.M (approx.). The quoted rates are for ground floor (EASY ACCESS), standard deliveries. A standard delivery is the product going through the ground floor, main front entrance of the home (EASY ACCESS).
5.7 For unpaid orders, someone must be available to accept, sign and pay for the order.
For fully paid orders someone must be available to receive and sign for the order, however if the order to be left.
Failing to receive the order after confirming the time frame will incur a re-delivery fee. The re-delivery fee will be calculated based on the suburb and will be advised prior to the re-delivery. A written confirmation is required to proceed with the re-delivery.
5.8 Sorry we are unable to move or dispose of old furniture.
- PRICE AND PAYMENT
- All prices listed on the Website are in Australian Dollars unless otherwise specified.
- Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
- We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
- We Require payment in full before the dispatch of Goods.
- We will contact you as soon as possible to advise you of your estimated delivery date and at this time the balance of any monies due will be payable. Only once we have received the balance of any monies due in cleared funds, will we be able to confirm your actual delivery date.
- Please note, we will not accept personal cheques or money orders on final payment.
- For the preserved orders, we will keep the items for no more than 45 days(starting from the day we received the deposit). Within 45 days, please send us an email 3-5 business days before the delivery.
- Please note, AF will not keep the stocks over 45 days.
- PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
- We are taking responsible steps to ensure the products delivered to you are in good conditions
- We will not be held responsible for any incident or consequential damages relating to the use or misuse of the products under any circumstances, being the vehicle, equipment, you or any third party involved.
- We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
Actual products may vary in colour and we advise you to visit our stores to view exact swatches.
- Leather Products are made from quality natural leather and accordingly, they may not be uniform in colour or texture. Only the finest hides are selected but they will show natural marks and scars on the hide. Some leathers will mellow with age and exposure to sunlight and heat.
- Please note that our lounge sets are made for a maximum individual weight of 110 kg of seating. No more than 25 kg of pressure weight should apply to the armrest
- Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We are committed to working through any issues you may have in accordance with our policies. Should any problems arise, please contact us and we will endeavour to assist. Our response time is up to 3 business days, or longer for weekends.
However, we reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
