How much does delivery Cost?

Delivery charges vary according to the item being purchased and the delivery destination.

You can obtain a quote on delivery by adding the items to the cart and entering your address.

Do you deliver to my Location?

We deliver within Australia, if you cannot find the delivery cost, please feel free to email us at info@agapefurniture.com.au

How long until my order is shipped?

If items are in stock, the order will be processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase.

If items are presale, please refer the ETA in the product details.

Do you deliver to PO Box or parcel Lockers?

No, our items can only be delivered to a physical address.

How long does delivery take?

Do you have a Showroom?

Yes.

In NSW, our showroom address is 24 Picken st Silverwater NSW2128

In VIC, the showroom address is 54 Willow Ave, Springvale VIC 3171

What Payment Methods are accepted?

We accept: All major credit / Debit Cards, PayPal, Bank Transfer, ZipPay, AfterPay, and Latitude

How do I obtain more information relating to a product?

I have only received part of my order, where is the rest of my order?

If you have ordered multiple items then it is possible you will receive multiple deliveries as items may have been dispatched at different times and from different warehouse locations across the country.

If this is the case you may have been emailed separate tracking numbers.

I live in an apartment on an upper floor level, will the delivery person bring my item upstairs?

The Delivery defaults to the ground floor, not entering the house; if the delivery is in a multi-story building the delivery company will not travel past the ground floor front door. If you would like to deliver upstairs or enter the house, please send it for a quotation (Please note, our deliveries are all third-party which may not offer the upstairs service).

Do you deliver on the weekends?

Yes, the delivery schedule is based on the third-party logistics’ arrangments.

Do you deliver after hours?

Yes we provide after hours deliveries at the same flat rates.

I missed my delivery, what now?

The delivery is pre-arranged as per your convenience. In case of a missed delivery, contact us within 24 hours to schedule the next available slot. Also, to avoid missed deliveries kindly inform us 4 hours prior to the delivery day and time.

Do your items have warranty?

Yes, all items unless indicated include a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects/ faults. It is important to understand that Warranty does not cover general wear and tear, any damage caused with improper use including incorrect installation, damages caused to an item / parts whilst installing an item are not covered by warranty.

Do I need to assemble the item I purchased?

The assembly service is provided depending on the product. However, the majority of our products such as a chair etc. do not require any assembling.

I’ve seen an item I wanted to buy however it is no longer on your website. Will it be available again?

Stock is replenished often however Occasionally our items do sell out especially in peak times of the year. Once available again they will be re-listed online.

Why has my order been cancelled and my payment has been rejected / refunded?

Our System automatically cancels/ refunds & rejects orders for a number of reasons. There may have been an issue with the payment , the address supplied or an issue with the availability of an item/s in your order.

Do I have to pay a cancellation fee on an out of stock / discontinued item?

If we refund you because an item is out of stock or has been discontinued, you will not be charged a cancellation fee.

Do your prices include GST?

Yes, all our advertised prices are inclusive of GST. All prices are listed in Australian Dollar (AUD)
